Prices are indicated in euros (€) and are those agreed upon at the time of the order.
A deposit may be required before starting the service. The balance is due upon delivery.

Deadlines are indicative and may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.
The number of included revisions is defined at the time of the order. Additional requests may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, as well as deliverables (texts, images, graphics, logos), are protected by copyright.
Ownership rights are transferred to the client upon full payment. LogoCreat reserves the right to showcase works in its portfolio unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or provided services.

Continued use of the website or order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law
